Supplements: Creatine!
 Creatine is a naturally occurring nitrogenous organic acid and this helps in the supply of energy to muscles with the help of increased formation of ATP (Adenosine Triphosphate). This is first identified by a French Scientist Michel Eugene Chevreul in 1832. Later in 1923, it was discovered that the average human body is with 100 grams of Creatine and in that 95% stored in our tissues.
Primarily in the Kidney and in Liver, Creatine is produced naturally with the help of amino acids and transported to the muscles through blood.
